A Letter From MAJ Re: COVID-19

Our online store is OPEN for you to shop as you please, but note that delivery dates may be delayed due to the following precautions we are taking to keep both you and our team safe!
To create a safe studio space, orders are being fulfilled by limited team members and thus, most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Postal carriers are experiencing delays as well, due to the health precautions they are taking during this high volume postal period. Orders travelling internationally to the U.S.A may experience delays at customs.
Please note that once returns arrive back at our studio they will sit in quarantine for 5 business days before they are processed. Please allow for a 10 business day return processing window. If parcels have been rerouted to a postal facility for pick-up we will not authorize staff to pick up at these locations until further notice.
We closed our Vancouver boutique doors as of March.13th, in order to protect our staff and our community. We miss seeing your faces everyday and cannot wait to open our doors again and greet you all.
